Here are some of the things you need to know about our new and improved toy boxes.

Increase in Quality and Quantity

More toys = more fun and more possibilities for rotation. We are no math wizards but we can see that this is the right formula for a more enjoyable playtime. We want to give you the chance to rotate the toys you have in one box on a constant basis to keep the little one at home entertained, happy and curious. 

With that, we are increasing the number of toys in each box. Your young one can now play with up to nine toys per Tribu box. Are you already amazed? Wait until you hear the next part.

The quality of the toys matters as much as their number. And so, we reviewed our collections and then made some changes in the type and features of the toys in our boxes. Each box now offers more variety to stimulate different aspects of your kids’ development such as language, movement, and socialization.

Minor Changes in Fees

The relaunch of Tribu boxes is made possible by increasing the subscription fees by €5 per month. Do not panic! If you are an old customer from Before August 31st, we will keep your old pricing FOREVER.

This might seem like a significant price change, but we promise it’s worth every cent! Aside from using the additional funds to improve our toy boxes, a part of it will also go to revamping our website. Our new customer portal allows you to manage your subscriptions with less fuss. No need to sweat, no need to stress. We got you covered.

It’s worth noting that prices of everyday objects have increased lately due to inflation. Yes. Sadly, it affects us too at Tribu.  We won’t let inflation stop us from providing educational toys to our Tribu families. The minor change in our subscription fees helps us continue forwarding our mission, and we know you understand.

Your Next Steps

Really, there’s no need for you to do anything or to worry about pricing because we will keep and honor the pricing we gave you as an early-bird consumer. The toy subscription you have will continue as usual. 

Current subscribers can visit the customer portal at any time in case they need to make some changes. And feel free to contact us, too! We are happy to help our fellow parents.

Now if you are not a subscriber yet but you think your little one will love Tribu toys (we are sure they will!), we welcome you to our community.  We suggest making a yearly subscription because this is the best deal.
